Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12º Ano; Experiência profissional superior a 2 anos em Service Desk; Experiência profissional comprovada em Windows (Cliente e Server) e Office; Fortes conhecimentos em troubleshooting de Software e de Hardware, assim como suporte a End Users; Obrigatório a posse de certificação válida em ITIL Foundation; Fluência em Inglês; Capacidade de produzir documentação; Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; Forte orientação para o cliente e cumprimento de objetivos; Disponibilidade para horários compreendidos entre as 08h00 e as 20h00, de 2ª a 6ª feira.
