In partnership with David Kennedy Recruitment we are working with a leading tech company that is looking to recruit a Dutchspeaking Service Desk Agent to join their team in Lisbon or Braga.
Location.
Remote/work from home in the mainland Portugal or onsite in Lisbon or Braga DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Provide 1st line support to customers in case of incidents incidents problems and requests related to hardware and software products basic networking etc.
in a timely manner Ensure pleasant customer experience and timely resolution or escalate to a relevant department Act as a team player be a helpful and effective member of the team Document actions taken in resolving routine customer enquiries REQUIREMENTS.
Native/fluent in Dutch both oral and written.
Fluent in English (at least B2 level) Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasise with the customer Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone email chat) Analytical mindset with great critical thinking skills and attention to detail Ability to work rotating shifts OFFER.
Remote position available from anywhere in Portugal as well as onsite locations available in Braga and Lisbon 14 salaries a year Food allowance paid by meal card (taxfree) 832 and from April onwards 9.
