• Studies Technical Engineer; • Experiência 2 a 3 anos; • Espanhol e Português nível B2 ou superior; • Será valorizado o nível de inglês; • Gestão e atendimento de tickets de forma remota, garantindo o cumprimento dos KPIs acordados com a empresa; • Boa comunicação oral e escrita para gerenciamento de solicitações/incidentes; • Instalação e suporte ao software Office 365, VPN corporativa com Cisco AnyConnect e VPNs de cliente; • Instalação e atualização de drivers; • Suporte a incidentes relacionados à conexão Wi-Fi/LAN em dispositivos; • Suporte à configuração de impressoras corporativas; • Incidentes de e-mail e ferramentas corporativas em dispositivos móveis (iOS e Android).
Technical Skills.
• Experiência em serviços de Service Desk; • Experiência em gestão de tickets através de ferramentas de ticketing; • Experiência em suporte a sistemas operacionais e drivers; • Experiência em suporte a incidências de dispositivos para conexão com WIFI/LA; Desirable Skills.
• Certificação em ITIL Foundation; • Duração.
