Responsabilidades - Resolução de problemas informáticos; - Ajuda na análise e resolução de problemas relacionados com equipamentos locais.
Networking (switches, Access Points, Routers) e Suporte a Impressoras; - Apoio ao utilizador na troca de equipamento; - Apoio local na execução de updates de software em PCs; - Controlo de stocks locais de equipamentos e acessórios; - Instalação de upgrade de hardware de equipamento; - Apoio na instalação de aplicações corporativas em smartphones/Tablets IOS ou Android; - Apoio na ao utilizador na troca de equipamentos do tipo smartphone/tablet; - Verificação do correto funcionamento das aplicações empresariais no novo dispositivo.
Requisitos - Experiência em troubleshooting de software e hardware; - Experiência no suporte a Office e Windows; - Experiência prévia em funções semelhantes (preferencial); - Conhecimentos de Sistemas Operativos(Postos de Trabalho e Servidores); - Acesso remoto para troubleshooting com end users; - Capacidade de produzir documentação e procedimentos para passagem de conhecimentos a outras equipas; - Curso e/ou certificação ITIL (valorizado); - Fluência oral e escrita na língua francesa; - Fluência oral e escrita na língua inglesa; - Carta de condução.
