Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Strong expertise in IT Service and incident, problem and change processes * Practical and structured understanding of ITIL processes * Expertise and practice of a ticketing tool (ServiceNow is a plus) * Hands-on expertise in IT Operations environment * English environment in an International context (written and spoken) * Spanish environment in an International context (written and spoken) * Ability for communication (written and spoken) for interaction with various stakeholders (IT, Business, Executives) in stressful situations, in an intercultural environment * Ability to engage various stakeholders to collaborate as a team on urgent situations, assertiveness and result-oriented * Ability to manage and promote change and best practices * Proactivity to propose and implement improvement actions, identify problems, share ideas.
