The goal is to ensure the septic system's proximity to my deck does not pose a risk and vice versa.
This will involve creating a letter that addresses the following key points.
- The septic system should not have any adverse effects on the deck's stability or integrity.
- The deck should not in any way compromise the effective functioning of the septic system.
I have the following documentation available.
- Septic system design plans - Site survey - Photos The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate.
- Proven experience in dealing with local building and safety codes.
- A comprehensive understanding of septic systems and their requirements.
- Excellent written communication skills to draft the necessary letter.
- The ability to assess the physical aspects of a deck and septic system.
