We are a rapidly expanding HVAC company based in Tempe, Arizona, specializing in both commercial refrigeration and residential HVAC services.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to enhance our online presence and require a professional advertising agency with expertise in digital marketing and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
Develop and implement an SEO strategy that includes keyword research, website optimization, content creation, and link-building to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
Social Media Marketing.
Manage and grow our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, running ads, and interacting with the community to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Google Ads.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and ROI.
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Video Content Creation.
Produce high-quality video content that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.
This includes promotional videos, how-to guides, and customer testimonials.
CRM Integration.
Assist in integrating email applications with our CRM system to streamline our marketing efforts and enhance customer service capabilities.
Customer Service.
Provide support in managing customer inquiries and feedback through our digital platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements.
Proven experience as a digital marketing agency with a strong portfolio in SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and video content creation.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct content.
Experience in CRM integration, particularly with email applications.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on analytics and performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity, with a focus on innovative marketing strategies that cater to the HVAC industry.
Preferred Qualifications.
Previous experience working with HVAC companies or similar industries.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and other relevant platforms.
Customer service experience with a focus on maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Project Scope.
This will be an ongoing project, and we are looking for a long-term partnership.
The selected agency should be prepared to commit resources to continuous improvement and regular updates on all fronts.
