Dutch (mandatory) Are you passionate about information security and ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated Security Officer to join our Security team in implementing our information security policy.
This role reports directly to the CISO and offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities.
Provide Security Advice.
Offer expert security advice in IT and business projects.
Design and Implement Processes.
Assist in creating and embedding security-related processes such as governance risk assessment, compliance, incident management, and awareness.
Future Security Needs.
Identify future security needs and help develop the roadmap and IT security strategy.
Reporting.
Report on security status and levels to management and other stakeholders.
Compliance Monitoring.
Ensure compliance with applicable security guidelines.
Communication.
Translate the value and necessity of information security to IT profiles, business, and management.
Security Awareness.
Foster a culture of security awareness and provide ongoing education to staff to ensure compliance with security policies.
Requirements.
Experience.
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in information security and IT risk management.
Technical Skills.
Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and availability.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISOx, NIST, CyFun, and ICR.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and their security implications.
Understanding of GDPR.
