The sessions are a combination of sales and product training for my mid-level managers.
The training sessions should cover the following areas.
- Sales techniques - Product knowledge - Customer service - Presentation skills The ideal candidate should have.
- Proven experience in developing and conducting sales and product training - Expertise in the areas outlined - Specific experience in training mid-level managers - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness - Any certifications in training and development are a plus.
Your training plan should be engaging, interactive and yield tangible results for our managers' performance.
