Key Responsibilities & Requirements.
- **Both Facebook and Instagram:** You must have a strong understanding of both platforms and be able to apply strategies that are suited to each one’s specific audience and features.
- **Brand Awareness:** Your primary focus on Facebook and Instagram will be to increase brand awareness.
You should have a strategic approach to growing our following and boosting engagement.
- **Content Creation:** You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, written, etc.) - **Engagement:** You should actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, etc.
- **Analytics:** You must be able to track and analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions based on social media insights.
Ideal Skills & Experience.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for retail or food brands.
- Excellent understanding of Facebook and Instagram's algorithms, best practices, and audience.
- Strong design skills for creating engaging visual content.
- Good grasp of analytics tools and able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with the online community.
