Address questions about products technical issues and orderrelated concerns.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
Deliver a positive and personalized customer service experience.
Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system.
Requirements Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
No prior experience required ideal for entrylevel candidates ! Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon.
