Position Overview The Regional Quality Integrated Systems Lead will be focused on delivering and managing the Integrated Quality Management System for HB Fuller EIMEA businesses together with leading Regional Quality internal audits.
Primary Responsibilities.
Ensure that the Integrated Management System is fully implemented and compliant in EIMEA, in agreement with the applicable norms (ISO, Food, IATF, other requirements), Global and Customer specific requirements, as required by business (Hygiene, Auto, Food, other) Support the implementation of Quality-related documented information across the EIMEA region, always in alignment with Global policies, and propose applicable documentation as required Train Employees in the organization on the Integrated System Work with other function to ensure processes/procedures meet all requirements from different business Support Regional Internal Quality Audits, including its follow up, and be part of the Internal Audit Team Support second party audits Shall be the reference as Regional Internal auditor Share best practices across the sites and build synergy, in order to ensure conformance to ISO / Food / IATF / other standards, internal specifications and other customer specific requirements Build strong relationships with internal and external partners Minimum Requirements.
BS in Quality, Chemical Engineering or equivalent, with 4 plus years' experience in QA Strong knowledge in Management Systems (ISO / ISO / FSSC / ISO / ISCC PLUS / IATF / other) Fluent in English Leadership in cross-functional project teams, including training and coaching employees at all levels within the Organization At ease with IT tools Intellectual curiosity / Results driven Teamwork initiative and follow through Prioritization of programs Ability to communicate with all levels within the Organization Total travel estimated between % in EIMEA Preferred Requirements.
Certified / Qualified Auditor Experience in QA for Operation Experience in the Adhesives and/or Specialty Chemicals, and/or Automotive/Pharmaceutical/Food industries H.
