RADIUS-BASED HOTSPOT AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM

Router has a special vlans for users that has to be authenticated, and router shows his hotspot html page to user when he connects to the network.
We need to create simple and lightweight pag for authentification with voucher and login/password pair.
So user must use his code to login (or login/password for regular users).
Router will authorize user using this server we need to create.
Server must track user's traffic consumption and disconnect him when the amount of traffic will be consumed.
Also we need an option to reset amount of traffic consumed daily, weekly or monthly.
To generate vouchers and logins/passwords should be made special user-interface.
There can be also configured network parameters and attached NAS(es).
Should be available statistics for usage of traffic, including for users/voucher owners somewhere.
We need option to add users who will manage all vouchers and user accounts without an access to settings.
The system must be used as cloud based on hosted server and we need an option to install it locally (inside LAN).
So, fast implementation scenarios like docker composer could be used.
We understand that exist several systems with this close functionality, but we could not find the exact solution.
So final result can be a variety of existing blocks, like freeradius and others.
Maybe you could just install several existing blocks and configure them for us.
Detailed documentation on installation should be also provided so we could re-install it on other servers.
