Develop and monitor project KPIs and planning to ensure successful Sprints and Releases.
Prioritize tasks and resolve complex issues within the squads daily.
Facilitate communication and coordination among the Delivery Manager, development lead, and team across various activities.
Develop strategies including tooling, governance, and KPIs for continuous improvement.
Define functional and technical roadmaps to ensure milestone success and delivery quality.
Delegate tasks and ensure optimal quality and efficiency in the development process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong project governance.
Oversee risk management and serve as an escalation point for the squads.
Provide timely reporting to line and functional management.
Plan and manage overall squad activities for the project.
Serve as a backup for the Delivery Manager when needed.
Few recurring business trips (max 1 week every 2-3 months).
What are we looking for? At least 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management leading development teams.
Certification in Project Methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
Capacity to lead, and work as a team to reach common goals.
Capacity to communicate perfectly in both ver.
Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
