We’re looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams! Main tasks & responsibilities.
• Assistance with requirement definition.
• Definition of project scope for approval (together with the team), ensuring agreement by all project stakeholders.
• Preparation and lead of kick-off, progress, and closure meetings.
• Management of project planning, estimations, risks analysis, issues, and status reports.
• Management of changes and their impact on cost, resources, time, and quality.
• Development and maintenance of the documentation made by the project team.
• Assure that everything follows the client processes and procedures, and the expected level of quality.
• Coordination and review of the tasks being done by the team, and their alignment with the planning.
• Reporting of any problematic situation to the Team Leader.
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders, testers, and developers.
• Support the project team and clear their road to progress whenever is needed.
• Reporting of monthly timesheet.
Experience and requirements.
• Very good knowledge of Project Management methodologies (waterfall and Agile).
• Good knowledge of project management tools.
MS Project, Jira, Confluence… • Ability to organize your tasks and your teams tasks efficiently and fast.
• Ability to give business and technical presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards.
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in the different solutions implemented in the department.
• Ability to assume responsibilities and take decisions in a complex environment.
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents, summarizing and focusing on the main.
• points according to the audience.
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills.
• Proactivity is a must.
Being one step ahead of the users is desirable.
Other requirements.
• Master’s degree (preferable) in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management functions.
• Ability to understand, speak and write in English (C1) is mandatory; Ability to understand, speak and write French will be an advantage.
• European citizenship.
• The following certifications.
– Project Management Professional (PMP) – PRINCE2 Foundation – Certified in PM2 Advance.
