Your Role As a Product Lead for KN’s digital workplace, you will operate and design collaboration and communication solutions for Kuehne + Nagel employees in combination with the associated new technologies to achieve a great digital employee experience! If you’re tech-savvy, methodical, and passionate about achieving business goals through technology, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Your Responsibilities Responsibility for the full lifecycle of the assigned products from vision to sunset.
Observe market demands, competitive strategies and technology trends to develop, maintain and formulate a comprehensive product strategy.
Conduct PoCs for enhancing the products with features to increase the business value.
Identify challenges within the organization and collect user feedback.
Proactive consulting for our business and functional units to enable high utilization of the solutions.
Strengthen compliance of products in the areas of IT security, data protection and trade control Ensure the financial processes of the service charging as a service delivery manager for the corresponding products Develop a training and support strategy for the successful implementation and operation of our products Your Skills and Experiences University degree in management, IT, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience Experience in a related field, preferably as a Product Owner or Project Manager Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experienced in working with distributed and multi-cultural teams Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Very good communication and presentation skills and assertiveness with stakeholders Motivation to work in an ever-changing project environment where fluency in business English is a prerequisite Good Reasons to Join Your work will have a direct influence on the future of logistics and IT.
