Descrição/Funções.
? The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities; ? The operationalization of category-strategies; ? The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs; ? The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets; ? The management and improvement of the end-to-end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments); ? The management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due-diligence refreshes; ? The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up; ? The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner; ? The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process.
Requisitos.
• Education.
BS in Procurement or Business or Finance or related field; • 5+ years Procurement working experience; • Market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross-functional environment; • Sourcing and contract- Management skills • Strong analytical skills; • Advanced Stakeholder partnering skills; • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment; • Fluency in Portuguese, English and French (mandatory).
