The Procurement Excellence Specialist role integrates a dynamic and coordinated Finance function delivering operational Procurement and Finance services across multiple countries and business entities within (COMPANY NAME).
The role will report directly to the KBS Procurement Tower Lead and support the (COMPANY NAME) Procurement Global Process Owner (GPO) with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance, financial controls and quality standards.
Role Description * Deliver communication and training support to ensure effective use of (COMPANY NAME)'s Procurement operating systems by the procurement function and approved buyers across the organisation, in line with procurement excellence methodologies and policies.
* Assist in monitoring, tracking, and reporting on function targets, ensuring alignment with the Procurement Leadership Team and key business stakeholders.
* Provide support in handling the structure and consistency of relevant procurement data (spend, savings, supplier details etc.), collaborating with the KBS Reporting & Analytics team.
* Assist in PMO activity across procurement initiatives in all spend areas (Direct, Indirect, Technology) and all buying teams.
* Support the team in driving organisational and performance objectives, including co-ordinating monthly procurement manager reviews and finding opportunities for Continuous Improvement.
* Support the Procurement ESG Lead in communication, training, and reporting efforts to deliver (COMPANY NAME)'s Balanced Procurement objectives across Supplier Diversity, Scope 3 Carbon Emissions Reduction, and Supply Chain Risk Management.
Role Requirements * Degree level education or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to support Pipeline prioritisation and resource allocation.
* Validated knowledge in procurement process, systems and data maintenance of the best methodologies and their application in a global environment.
* Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Proficient English (written and spoken).
