Then join us as we seek a talented individual to support our package and product development in Porto! As a Process Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the realization of a high-volume production line at our state-of-the-art facility in Porto.
You will have a unique opportunity to participate in a comprehensive up to 1-year training assignment located in Germany.
Upon completion of the program, you will play a key role in supporting our package and product development for automotive application.
In your new role you will.
* Support our package and product development for automotive applications * Understand the manufacturing line and tackle interactions between the process units * Define, track, and analyze design of experiments (DoEs) * Understand and exploit state-of-the-art detection methods (e.

x-ray or ultrasonic) * Handle large data sets with the proper IT tools to derive the right conclusions * Coordinate and define the assembling of prototypes * Exchange and align closely with cross functional teams from e.

* 1-3 years of work experience within a technological environment, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry * Basic understanding about semiconductors and its relevant backend assembling processes would be a plus * A structured and target oriented working mindset * Good team spirit with the ability to work on an international level * Willingness to spend up to 1 year in Germany in a training assignment * Fluency in English (mandatory).
