Provide operational project management support to Release Train Engineers and the associated Agile Release Train.
Job Description.
Assist the Release Train Engineers on project management activities, applying the organisation standard methods, processes and tools.
• Budget (in collaboration with the BOP) o Track the budget allocated to the ART (Agile Release Train), and associated guardrails o Consolidate the budget view.
demands vs budget guardrails • Capacity o Aggregate the resource plans at ART level (in/out) o Forecast capacity for the next 4 PIs o Maintain iAOS up to date • (Lean) Time reporting o Deploy Lean Time Reporting o Check the accuracy of Lean Time Reporting at the end of the month before submission o Ensures JIRA data quality for time reporting o Define the logging structure (list of SOs to be used) o Extract accurate spent reports from iPPM for Epic Owners, RTE, and other stakeholders.
• Processes o Contributes to process improvement initiatives related to budget, capacity and reporting o Contributes to harmonization of standards and templates within AAO o Maintain Sizing catalog up to date (updated once a year) Mandatory requirement skills • knowledge of agile • Automation tools – Power BI • Jira Skills.
