As a technical specialist, the role holder will implement and maintain project management methodologies, processes, and policies, providing governance leadership across the team and organization, as well as managing and supporting project managers and stakeholders.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or relevant field.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI RMP, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management and PMO roles, including in the following areas.
IT Governance, IT audit, and security design.
Previous experience working in the baking sector.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience using the RAID Log tool (mandatory).
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in project management and governance.
Strong PMO skills & experience (PM governance, meeting minutes, Financial tracking).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
