The ideal freelancer for this role should possess.
- Prior experience and success in delivering exceptional customer service in a Sales and Marketing capacity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport with customers while handling their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- An understanding of the market to be able to gain insights from customer interactions and feed them into our marketing strategies.
- Proficiency is using Customer Relationship Management software for maintaining customer records.
A passion for customer service, along with a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing strategies would make you the perfect fit for this job.
This role would leverage your skills to promote customer satisfaction and feed into strategic planning for my project.
