Who you are We are looking for a Finance Specialist that will play a critical role in the financial management of our IAP business, since you'll be preparing financial reports for developers and payment processors, ensuring accurate and timely financial data, and providing support to the outsourcing company handling accounting functions.

Prepare and analyze financial reports related to in-app purchases (IAP), ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
These reports may include revenue reports, developer payouts, and payment processor reconciliation.
Developer relationship.
Collaborate with developers to provide financial information, resolve queries, and support financial transactions related to revenue sharing and IAP payouts.
Payment Processor Management.
Monitor and reconcile transactions with payment processors, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are addressed promptly.
Outsourcing Company Support.
Work closely with the outsourcing company responsible for accounting functions, providing them with necessary data and support.
Ensure that financial records are up to date and aligned with business objectives.
Compliance and Auditing.
Collaborate with the outsourcing company to ensure compliance with financial.
Support external audits as needed.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
