Descrição Lead the implementation of SAP VIM as part of our ERP transformation project, focusing on the optimization of invoice processing workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to design, configure, and deploy SAP VIM solutions that meet our business needs.
Ensure the seamless integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC6 & S/4HANA, facilitating a unified and efficient Invoice to Pay process.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and training materials for SAP VIM.
Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use the new systems.
Monitor the performance of the implemented solutions, identifying and addressing any issues to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest SAP VIM updates and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to our processes and systems.
Provide expert guidance and support to the finance team, helping to resolve any challenges related to invoice processing.
Perfil ideal Master's degree or equivalent +6 years' experience of P2P processes in global business scale and regions Experience in Global Business Services / Shared Services environments Strong project management capabilities.
PMI certification is a plus Knowledge of SAP and Open Text VIM - MANDATORY Fluent English Change management capabilities, able to drive change across business and operations teams Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Positive mindset and structured thinking Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Able to travel occasionally, for short Vantagens A great opportunity for professional growth
