* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; * Minimum 4 years of experience as an Application Support; * Experience working with Oracle SQL / PL/SQL; * Knowledge of Financial Markets; * Previous experience working with ITIL processes and norms (ITIL Certification is a plus); * Organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Good English level (mandatory).
