Je maakt deel uit van een team dat zorgt voor een competente en vriendelijke klantenserviceervaring via telefoon en email.
Luister naar vragen en zorgen van klanten en biedt antwoorden en oplossingen aan; Problemen oplossen met betrekking tot bestellingen leveringen betalingen en retourzendingen; Aanspreekpunt voor externe verkopers; Informatie verstrekken over digitale producten; Escalatie en doorverwijzing van problemen naar andere afdelingen.
Vereisten Vloeiend Nederlands sprekend en goed Engels (B2); Minimaal MBO Diploma; Bereidheid om 40 uur in shifts te werken; Dat je een VOG aanvraagt en deelt met de werkgever; Jij minimaal een jaar in Portugal wilt wonen en werken; 5 dagen training volgen (betaald).
