Nous vous proposons un métier orienté vers l’humain, une vraie mission d’écoute et d’accompagnement du public en souffrance psychique.
Votre mission première est l’évaluation et l’étude du fonctionnement psychique, des aptitudes cognitives et intellectuelles des personnes accueillies dans nos services médico-social, d’insertion professionnelle et Justice.
Le service d’Appuis Spécifiques (SAS) est un ensemble de prestations visant à faciliter la mise en œuvre des parcours d’insertion socio-professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap psychique, orientées par Cap Emploi, Pôle Emploi et les Missions Locales.
Nous venons en « appui et accompagnement expert » auprès de la personne et des prescripteurs dans son parcours d’accès ou de maintien dans l’emploi à travers des rendez-vous individuels, des accompagnements extérieurs, de la mise en relation avec les entreprises ou des ateliers collectifs.
Vos missions Vous accompagnez la personne dans l’élaboration de son projet professionnel, Vous évaluez, vous étudiez le fonctionnement psychique, les aptitudes cognitives et intellectuelles de la personne.
Vous rédigez les différents rapports et bilans à destination des prescripteurs Vous travaillez essentiellement en binôme avec la CISP Vos Atouts Ces mots raisonnent positivement .
