- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle; - Prendre les demandes des utilisateurs par téléphone; - Enregistrer les détails des appels sur les systèmes de gestion; - Fournir une résolution au client; - Maintenir les connaissances et expertise afin de satisfaire nos utilisateurs; - Faire la mise à jour des fiches des clients avec le statut et la résolution du cas; Profil.
- Personne native ou avec excellent niveau de français et connaissance de l'anglais; - Passion pour la technologie et le soutien à la clientèle; - Personne avec une grande facilité de communication; - Bonne attitude et motivation; - Environnement de travail à domicile adéquat (salle privée / connexion Internet FIBRA) Notre offre.
- Horaire.
Temps plein; (7am - 7pm du dimanche au samedi) - Un meilleur équilibre vie / travail; - Pas de frais de transport et pas de temps de déplacement; - Récompenses et primes des employés; - Formation continue; - Salaire attractif.
