About the job You will be part of a team supporting different lines of products.
You will together with your colleagues provide reactive phone, email and chat support services with an emphasis on troubleshooting, account optimization, upselling and efficient issue resolution to our business clients.
Main Activities Part of your daily activities will be.
* Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients * Create a meaningful rapport with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy * Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions * Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients * Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results Your Profile * Fluent in Norwegian and good level of English * Bachelor's degree (preferred) * With customer care experience * General understanding or interest in online marketing products * Excellent communication skills, good listeners * Problem-solving skills * Dynamic, organized and engaging * Strategical thinking Offer * 2 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks of nesting (paid same as per contract) * On-going Certifications & Education * A permanent presence of coaches who will facilitate your personal and professional development * Monthly salary with performance-based bonus * 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, h to h * Private health insurance after 6 months of employment * Excellent work environment, great colleagues and social arrangements * Accommodation in a room of an apartment * You will be working in the client´s office at Lagoas Park in Oeiras (18 km from Lisbon) * Initial flight expenses refund * Free annual flight to the homeland Living and working in Lisbon, Oeiras Lisbon is the capital of Portugal and has about inhabitants in the central part of the city, and about 2.
