We currently have multiple forms, trackers, and databases that have daily inputs from multiple field personnel and back-of-house departments.
The workflow on my projects requires intricate and dynamic workflows that involve multiple individuals and departments.
I am in the early stages of making "smart" tools for automating the transfer of information between those departments.
linking the data, defining "trigger" events, and processing data from various inputs into "smart" trackers.
I have a clear outline of what I want to accomplish - what data I need, who I need it from, and how I want the tracking of the inputs to function.
My "coding" ability is a limited working-knowledge of JavaScript PDF and Excel VBA.
I need someone to provide council and advise on what is possible, what tools or platform would be best for the end product I want to develop, and to advise on any alternatives.
Basically, I am in the early stages of a long development process and I need an expert coder to review my outline and provide advise for the best way to accomplish what I want.
This project is very large, so I would like to start with a very high-level review of my concept.
Current job and price is for 1) The review of a 2-page outline of my development project, up to (6) PDF and/or Excel documents that are currently in use, and (1) Excel-Based production tracker that attempts to link data.
2) Answer up to (12) theoretical questions.
3) Provide an analysis summary for the platforms and coding languages that could be used to accomplish my outlined project.
Should include examples of how the end product would handle at least (2) of the workflows that were outlined in my 2-page document, including a description of how the end-product would appear and function.
4) Provide a document outlining the price to create a beta model that integrates (2) simple workflows, which would be one of those such workflows outlined by my document.
5) Provide a timeline for the delivery of a working beta model described in 5.
