Deine Aufgaben - Die verschiedensten Anfragen unserer Kunden löst Du via Telefon, E-Mail, oder App-Chat - ob Fragen zur Bestellung oder unserem Angebot, Du hast schnell die richtige Antwort parat.

- Du bist im kontinuierlichen fachlichen Austausch mit Deinen Team-Kolleg*innen und stellst die Einhaltung unserer Customer Care Prozesse sicher - Du unterstützt das Team bei verschieden Aufgaben, z.

der Abwicklung und dem Versand von Bestellungen Was du mitbringen solltest - Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Kundenservice, vorzugsweise im schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenservice - Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit digitalen Ticketsystemen (z.
