This website will be used primarily for patient check-ins and scheduling appointments once they reach to office for the treament.
Below are some key requirements.
* Implementation of an online appointment scheduling feature that is easy to navigate for patients.
* An integrated patient check-in system.
* A feature providing current waiting time estimates to patients.
* Send SMS to patient and doctor for the wait time.
In our pursuit to facilitate seamless and efficient service, we need the website to collect patient contact information during the check-in process.
Therefore.
* The website should be designed in a way that allows patients to update their contact details independently.
This project requires someone with a great understanding of UX/UI design and proven experience in creating interactive websites.
Experience in healthcare systems is a plus.
