Preparation of the marketing plan and budget derived from the marketing strategy Implementation and control of all tasks of the marketing plan in cooperation with agencies Expansion of international public relations and digital media.
conception of publications on our website in online magazines partner and customer mailings newsletters social media Organisation coordination and followup of trade fairs events and online events Creation coordination and purchase of print materials and advertising media Creation of sales promotion documents such as presentations specifications offers Competitor analysis and market analysis Customer satisfaction analysis Sales Projects Coordination.
Planning of bus trial demonstrations at customer sites Continuous optimization of structures and processes in the sales department Support in creation of forecasts and determination of key figures to support strategic planning support in preparation of presentation materials for internal and external meetings monitoring the commercial progress and cost control of the projects Preproduction planning according to customer orders and in coordination with our plants in Spain and Portugal others upon request (according to function profile) Your profile.
Completed studies in the field of business administration marketing or communication sciences or a comparable course of study with a focus on sales marketing or international sales and project management.
Ideally first professional experience in marketing project management and sales administration tasks Very good language skills in English (German and Portuguese as preference) Very good knowledge of MS Office; project planning tools knowledge of SEM web programming Google Analytics LinkedIn knowledge Adobe Photoshop InDesign Illustrator and CRM systems are desirable Structured goaloriented and independent way of working Creativity organisational strength ability to work under pressure team player You can expect.
