About the Role.
Meet our Patients´ product requirements through an efficient control and programming of company resources.
Your Responsibilities Include.
Supervising and participating in advanced, highly-complex planning and projects activities.
Developing and implementing processes to support the strategic and operational planning of the company.
Participate actively in the Monthly Supply, Inventory and Operations planning process to guarantee meeting market requirements.
Oversee the behavior of metrics performance.
Guarantee compliance with the OTDM, VOP, CBP vs DBP and all metrics required by the Corporation.
Weekly participation in GSC execution meetings, to align and meet market requirements with the proper planning horizon according to the business needs.
Constantly look for opportunities to optimize the balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with inventory turnover and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders during events to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met.
Lead a team of Planners and Senior Planners, overseeing the day-to-day management of team activities and workload whilst coaching and promoting professional development.
Participate in new products, transfer or acquisition and facilitate the assigned team.
What We’re Looking For.
Bachelor's or Licenciature Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or related Field.
English Level desired.

Desired knowledge.
Rapid Response, SAP, Planning, Purchasing and Inventory.
APICs certification desired.
At least 7 years of experience in similar position.
Previous experience in successfully managing teams or operating group.
Ability to lead and build a team and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
