What You Will Do.
We are on the lookout for a proficient Machine Learning Engineer to play a crucial role in the development and integration of generative AI models into our cutting-edge platform.
This position entails leading the charge in researching, designing, and deploying machine learning applications tailored to the specific requirements of our multi-tenanted platform.
As a key player in our team, you will work in close collaboration with the Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead, ensuring the fluid integration of AI functionalities and optimizing the platform for peak performance and scalability.
Responsibilities.
Spearhead the design and deployment of machine learning models to amplify the platform's AI capabilities, with a special focus on generative AI technologies, including large and small language models.
Customize and integrate open-source language models to fit unique use cases, enhancing the platform's generative AI features.
Manage data processing, cleaning, and augmentation to prepare comprehensive datasets for model training and validation.
Continuously monitor, assess, and refine the performance of machine learning models to ensure they meet our high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Work hand-in-hand with the Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead for the seamless integration of AI functionalities into the web platform, acting as a bridge between AI technologies and full-stack development.
Keep abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, leveraging this knowledge to propel our platform's innovation forward.
Champion the ethical use of AI within our platform, ensuring adherence to principles of privacy, fairness, and transparency in all stages of model development and deployment.
Qualifications.
Master’s or bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a track record of specialization in machine learning or generative AI.
Demonstrated expertise as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar capacity, with specific experience in deploying generative AI models.
Advanced programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks (e.
., TensorFlow, PyTorch), along with a deep understanding of natural language processing techniques.
A solid foundation in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture relevant to machine learning and AI.
Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms, principles, and the practical application of generative AI models.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to innovate and think critically.
