About the role As an M365 + Intune Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.
You will integrate our IT team and ensure the smooth operation of our hybrid and cloud systems and provide technical support to our management team and to end-users as needed.
As a part of your job, you will.
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Configure and maintain security settings, policies, and compliance features within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Implement and manage user identities and access controls using Azure Active Directory.
Plan, deploy, and manage Intune for device management, including Windows and Mac OS devices and application management.
Create and deploy Intune policies for device enrollment, security settings, application deployment, and conditional access.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and reliability of the M365 and Intune environments.
Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate Microsoft 365 and Intune with other systems and applications.
Provide technical support and assistance, including troubleshooting M365 and Intune-related issues and providing training as needed.
Stay informed about the latest Microsoft 365 and Intune updates, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements or enhancements to our systems.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, services, and features.
Experience with configuring and managing Azure Active Directory and Intune for device management.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance features within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server / Active Directory.
DNS experience.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified.
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified.
Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
