Requisitos da Função 12º ano; Experiência profissional em linhas de atendimento ao cliente; Português fluente, facilidade de expressão oral e boa fluência verbal; Capacidade de argumentação; Conhecimentos de Inglês (preferencial); Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia; Domínio dos meios informáticos na ótica do utilizador; Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal; Espírito de iniciativa e dinamismo; Disponibilidade para trabalhar 2 fins de semana por mês.
