Responsibilities:
-Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
-Answering how-to questions about payments, invoices and other services
-Troubleshooting technical issues using your problem-solving skills
-Assisting customers with product functionalities
- Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Your profile:
-Native or near-to-native command of German
-Fluent level of English (min. B2)
-Interest in digital technologies
-No experience is required
Offer:
-SIGNING BONUS 2000€
-Salary: 1360€ - 1450€ gross/month
-Training by certified instructors

- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
