You have a university degree preferably in Economics Management or similar You have around 2 years of experience as a Coordinator of a Back Office/Operations/Contract Management team and within the financial services sector You have a good knowledge on vendor finance processes You have a native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of English (B2/C1) You have team management experience and skills Youre a person able to motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goals You have a good command of Microsoft tools (Excel Word MS Teams Power Point) Youre disciplined and methodical person dynamic and willing to face new challenges You can commute to the office in Oeiras (2x per week) Benefits Were offering.
