The opportunity We are looking for an energetic individual who has a knowledge and passion for learning, as well as an eye for detail, to join our Learning & Development Team within our Talent Team.
The L&D Associate assists with the coordination and logistics of service line and local classes.
The L&D Associate also supports the EY Learning Management System activities, as well as liaise with the Global Diversified Services team to submit courses / classes and facilitate course / class evaluations.
This role works with the service line learning teams and course sponsors to provide agreed-upon support for all classes.
This role also works closely with the Learning Services Specialist (LSS).
Your key responsibilities *Coordinate logistics for learning sessions *Provide administrative support on learning projects *Support On-Boarding activities *Direct learners to appropriate resources as required *Respond to learner non-subject matter questions *Participate in planning calls with LSS To qualify for the role, you must have.
*A bachelor's or master's Degree, preferably with a specific focus on HR; *Proven experience as a HR Professional/Learning & Development; *Excellent interpersonal skills; *A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; *Fluency in English.
