Descrição Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans that ensure the organization can quickly resume critical IT functions after a disruption.
Coordinate and execute regular disaster recovery testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of recovery strategies and plans, making adjustments as necessary based on test outcomes Develop and deliver training programs to IT staff and key stakeholders on disaster recovery procedures, roles, and responsibilities.
Continuously monitor the IT landscape for emerging threats and technological advancements, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions to enhance disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Research and recommend possible automated approaches for ITDR tasks.
Facilitate ITDR vulnerability studies and impact assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and lead deep dives on key initiatives through program and project reviews.
Integrate regulatory compliance requirements into the ITDR.
Assist in response to regulatory and audit matters.
Work closely with Business Continuity and Crisis Management team members to continually mature and improve the response to disruptive events.
Perfil ideal 5+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery planning, administrative or managerial capacity with internal IT and/or functional staff as well as vendor assigned resources in a large global company.
Knowledge, skill, and ability to maintain a company-wide disaster recovery awareness program and serve as a subject matter expert.
Detailed knowledge of compliance practices, global corporate policies, laws and regulations governing Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery Programs.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles.
