Job Description • Second level support for our internal customers, mainly via our Jira Helpdesk • Your main responsibility will be providing support for our B2B Java web shop solution • Coordinate the configuration of our systems to the needs of our partners • Hunt, document and fix bugs in our existing Java applications • Create and maintain external and internal documentation in our Wiki • Help implement and improve a customer-first service strategy Your profile • You enjoy helping people and providing solutions to their problems • Curiosity to learn new things and quick at understanding new relations • Staying calm under time pressure and being good at organising tasks • Good technical understanding and analytical thinking • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience of Java software development and frameworks/technologies like Spring (Boot), JSP, REST, JSON, Vue.
