Your future duties and responsibilities.
You will be in charge of application and functional support on requests related to the client's applications and business.
- Reception and qualification of user requests (by phone, email and/or request tracking software) - Incident resolution and service request processing - Actively participate in the improvement of the support chain by proposing initiatives to reduce the number of tickets received and improve customer satisfaction.
- Respect processes and understand project and customer issues in order to guarantee quality of service - Anticipate malfunctions in the service and alert your manager in order to avoid any crisis situation Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- A first experience in IT support - Fluency in Italian and a good level of English (written and oral) - Technical skills.
knowledge of office tools, a ticketing tool and SAP bases would be a plus.
