Hulp verlenen bij eventuele vragen en zorgen over het product; Klanten informeren en voorlichten over de veiligheid en functies van het apparaat; Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen over verzending, retournering, betalingstransacties en het ruilbeleid; Actief deelnemen aan de optimalisatieactiviteiten die bij alle klantenserviceprocessen horen.
