A sua nova função A reportar à administração terá como principais responsabilidades.
- Fazer gestão, dar suporte e acompanhamento a cliente internacional - french and english speakers; - Participação em eventos e feiras; - Preparar e implementar o plano de negócios dos clientes selecionados sob a sua responsabilidade; - Apresentação de novas introduções no portfólio da organização, de modo a promover e assegurar a relação com o cliente; - Dar suporte às questões levantadas pelos clientes, de modo a assegurar a sua satisfação e resolver problemas que surjam.
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido - Falar inglês e francês a nível avançado (obrigatório); - Experiência prévia em funções de Key Account Management/Gestão de Carteira de Clientes (obrigatório); - Será valorizada experiência prévia na gestão de cliente internacional, nomeadamente países francófonos e de língua inglesa; - Disponibilidade para viajar pontualmente aos países que estão sobre a alçada sua gestão; - Valorizado o sentido ético, autonomia, resiliência, capacidade de resolução de problemas; O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer Estabilidade profissional; Progressão de carreira; Regime de trabalho híbrido; Formação contínua; Pacote salarial atrativo.
