Join a dynamic and international team in Lisbon! We are hiring for a leading global company in the customer support industry dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.
We are currently looking for Italianspeaking Customer Support Advisors to join the team and help deliver outstanding support to the Italianspeaking customers.
Position.
Italian Customer Support Advisor Location.
Lisbon Portugal Type.
Fulltime Onsite Key Responsibilities.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support to Italianspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
Requirements.
Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
