Customer Support Representatives.
As a customer support representative you will assist Italianspeaking customers via phone email and chat resolving inquiries and providing topnotch service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Content Moderators.
As a content moderator you will review and moderate Italianlanguage content across various online platforms ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
Requirements.
Italian C2 level and proficient in English (C1 level) both written and verbal.
Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
For customer support roles.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
For content moderator roles.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation principles is a plus.
