Apply now! SUMMARY As an IT Technology Services Specialist (f/m/d) (IT Solution Owner Specialist) you will work in a worldwide agile team and use your technical expertise to operate SAP's service and support solutions with the necessary reliability.
From the IE Ops hub in Portugal, you will closely work together with the “regional” colleagues in Walldorf/Rot/Dresden and the colleagues in Americas and APA.
You can quickly grow in gaining expert knowledge on new technologies and root cause analysis and optimization secrets.
We started and sill continue learning to adopt the lean agile working methodology and touching the new work movement ideas.
THE ROLE You will design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize and automate SAP’s business processes and improve work efficiency.
Engaging with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements.
Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages.
Facilitate the system/service/product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant and high available operations for and between system and cloud services.
Facilitate agile engagement with the business.
Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.
Key tasks and activities might include.
·       Apply agile software delivery process and the industry-standard toolset for DevOps implementation.
·       Apply modern data processing technologies and methods, such as non-SQL databases, data lakes etc.
·       Apply modern SaaS platform, integration & extensibility concepts.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS ·       3+ years of work experience with SAP NetWeaver (ABAP) ·       Strong Experience in SAP NetWeaver (ABAP) ·       An analytical approach, good communication skills and confident dealing with customers and colleagues across organisational boundaries and cultural differences.
English language fluently written and spoken is taken for granted.
·       As a 3rd level IT Solution Owner Specialist you specialised in at least one IT topic and have a general understanding of e.
.
ITIL, computing skills, fundamental work methodologies, fundamental project management, IT Security.
Network concepts are a plus, also Basics in HANA and ASE.
Certification of your skills is an advantage.
