We are looking for Senior IT Project Management Officer to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Management Officer responsible for clear project communication to stakeholders.
This role involves interacting with Technical Project Leads to track initiatives, consolidate information, and provide global status.
Additionally, the candidate will support the Team Manager in some of day-to-day tasks.
Foster an environment of effective communication and collaboration among team members, users, and third-party vendors.
Cultural adaptability is key, given our engagement with diverse locations and cultures.

The team has highly skilled ITs and strategic business managers with an extensive experience.
Also operates within an agile framework, and to excel in this environment, one should ideally possess a strong tech-savvy mindset, an insatiable curiosity, and impeccable attention to detail.
Tasks.
Host Prioritization and Service Review with Business/Clients.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels regarding the status of various IT initiatives in collaboration with Technical Project Leads and IT Manager.
Handle out-of-department communication and facilitate team-building activities.
Review Roadmap and Risk assessment in coordination with Architecture and Development.
Assist IT Manager in day-to-day tasks such as like time tracking, invoices.
Requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience in developing Executive Dashboards, Presentations, Business Vision.
Fluent in English.
Formal certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSPO, PRINCE, etc.
are considered a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Articulating ideas with precision and clarity.
