IT Infrastructure Technician, Service Desk technician or IT Infrastructure Project Manager; - Experience in IT infrastructure deployment projects; - ITIL v4 certification will be a plus; - General knowledge about main IT technologies (workplace, servers, networks); - Management of virtual environments, preferable Microsoft Azure (certification will be a plus); - Experience in Fortinet network devices (certification will be a plus); - Customer oriented, proactive, analytic and self-organized; - Excellent troubleshooting and time management skills under pressure; - Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English); - Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines; - Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity; - Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
Main responsibilities.
- Contribute to 1st level support (end users).
to manage, resolve and track user incidents and requests; to manage escalation of issues and ensure resolution; to support to local users on site and by phone; - Management of ITSector telecommunication and networks (including security); - Ensure proper documentation level of his environment (technical & administrative documentation); - Manage project and ensure communication with business stakeholders so as to deliver on-time, on quality, within scope and budget.
